It's Time To Rage Against The Rabbit Without The Rage
Today’s story is about a group of CarbonPatchKids who were finally fed up with the daily visits of a pesky rabbit who lives in The Industrial Forest.
This pesky rabbit was always munching on their homes, plantground equipment and favorite places to hang out. And this pesky rabbit never seemed to get full.
Well there was three CarbonPatchKids had had enough. One might say they were filled with rage.
So they decided to take matters into their own hands and channel that rage against this pesky rabbit into a solution rather than a problem.
“Let’s go talk to Brock Lee and find out how to channel some of this rage into something productive,” Zinnas de la Rocka said. “Brock Lee always has great ideas on how to grow.”
“Great idea, I think Brock Lee is over by Maggie’s Farm right now,” said Tim Coneflower.
Zinnas de la Rocka, Tim Coneflower and Brad Milk Thistle were like bulls on parade as they walked to Maggie’s Farm to talk to Brock Lee.
Brock Lee was also familiar with pesky rabbit rage. You see pesky rabbits seem to love to munch on Brock Lee’s row the most.
The three CarbonPatchKids found Brock Lee who was helping Jaime Parsley and Carrot Bottom rebuild their homes after an early morning visit from that pesky rabbit.
“I see the pesky rabbit was here too",” Zinnas de la Rocka said.
“Brock Lee do you have any ideas on how we can channel this rage into something useful for the CarbonPatch?” Brad Milk Thistle asked.
“Yes, for you CarbonPatchKids that are filled with the pesky rabbit rage I suggest music,” Brock Lee said. “Channel your descriptive words, emotional energy and rage against the rabbit rhythm into some musical instruments and you will see absolute magic happen.”
“Thanks Brock Lee!” Tim Coneflower asked. "Have any other words of advice?”
“Yes, go find Tom Morell and his mystical rabbit repelling guitar,” Brock Lee said. “Tom Morell has dealt with this pesky rabbit before. Tom Morell will show you how to settle for nothing other than freedom.”
The CarbonPatchKids headed out to find Tom Morell and thought music was a great way to express their rage. But they were not sure how or why the music would take care of their problem with this pesky rabbit.
The three CarbonPatchKids came to a place in the CarbonPatch simply known as “Plantship Rebellion”.
Tom Morell walked out of the darkness into the light holding a mystical guitar with a mushroom shaped end. The words “Spore Power” carved into it.
“Hello fellow CarbonPatchKids, do I feel some pesky rabbit rage in the air?” Tom Morell said.
“You got that right!” Brad Milk Thistle said. “We want to rage against this pesky rabbit and Brock Lee said you can help us channel it into something productive.”
“I can, but first you must open your Spore Power and allow Mother Earth to direct you to find your instrument and special gift,” Tom Morell said.
The CarbonPatchKids walked around the outskirts of Plantship Rebellion listening to anything and everything nature provided as direction.
Tom Morell helped with their focus and opening their mind, body, soul into the sounds that could direct them to anything that could make music, from fallen branches to dried pods and leaves.
After some searching, they found some large stones, which they used to create drums and old spider webs, which they used as guitar strings.
The four of them all had their own soulful Spore Power musical instruments and Rage Against The Rabbit was formed.
The foursome practiced for hours every day, channeling that rage into learning how to play music and their instruments of soul.
Meanwhile, that pesky rabbit was still eating their playground equipment and the CarbonPatchKids were getting more and more frustrated with each passing day.
“It’s time fellow CarbonPatchKids,” Tom Morell said. “It’s time to Rage Against The Rabbit. Without the Rage.”
“Let’s Rock and Roll this Rabbit right outta here CarbonPatchKids!” Zinnas de la Rocka said.
Rage Against The Rabbit started channeling that rage into the musical instruments of soul and that pesky rabbit was so startled by the music that he covered his ears and hopped away, confused and startled by the strange noise they were making.
Rage Against The Rabbit laughed and cheered as they kept on rocking out in the CarbonPatch.
The other CarbonPatchKids were so happy to see that pesky rabbit go, they celebrated with a big impromptu concert in the CarbonPatch.
All the CarbonPatchKids loved Rage Against The Rabbit’s music and whenever that pesky rabbit would come back, Rage Against The Rabbit was ready to rock.
Rage Against The Rabbit became a symbol to the other CarbonPatchKids of the power of music and channeling your negative emotions into something productive.
Rage Against The Rabbit is also a reminder to the other CarbonPatchKids that sometimes your inner mind, body, soul growth needs a good cleansing too.
To this day, Rage Against The Rabbit still get calls from other CarbonPatchKids to bring their soulful instruments and play some rock-and-rabbit-roll.
